 1. How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to ship your order on the same day. However, standard shipping to the Greater Toronto Area takes 2-3 business days, We also offer free delivery in 48hrs within GTA above $250 purchase and standard shipping to the rest of North America takes 5-7 business days (USA & Canada) and Globally may take little longer based on country & shipping services selected. If your order is urgent, we recommend Express shipping.

2. How much time does it take to deliver the glasses?

We make every effort to respond to your requests as soon as possible. We ship prescription glasses orders within 48 -72 hours of receiving order and receipt of your prescription. Colour-tinted prescription glasses, progressives, bifocals on the other hand, may take a little longer. The finished goods (sunglasses & ready to use glasses) will be delivered to your door in 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 days for express shipping by our logistics partner.

3. How much do you charge for shipping?

Orders worth more than CAD $100.00 in Canada & United States, 

Globally above $250 qualify for Free Shipping. 

Our standard shipping cost is based on area, country & postal code and shipping services selected, calculated by carrier. 

4. Why not free shipping on every order?

To ensure that the product arrives in the best possible condition, we use larger boxes, more bubble wrap, and pay more to our delivery partners, Canada Post, International Express Post, UPS, DHL, FedEx and Purolator. And believe us, it is a small price to pay to ensure that only the best reaches you.

5. Can I come to the store and try the product before buying?

We are an exclusively online store and we recommend that you can order the products online to match your personality/style and we do offer deliveries in GTA for eligible orders.

6. How can I be sure of the durability and quality of the product?

We are extremely proud of the quality and service we provide to our customers. Before they are available for purchase, our products are thoroughly checked and tested. If you are dissatisfied with anything, please contact us at customerservice@ottikacanada.com.

All branded products are original, and we work directly with them.

7. Can I order power glasses based on my prescription?

Yes, you can order custom-made power glasses from our website as well. Every eligible product has a link, and we offer Live Chat Support to help you to select your Lenses .

8. Do my glasses have Insurance?

Yes, but for ALL prescription glasses, we will provide the invoice of purchase and customers will be able to claim them directly to insurance

9. How will I get my Insurance benefits?

Your glasses will be covered by your insurance company (we recommend consulting the policy for coverage) 

We will issue you an invoice with HST information, which you must submit to your insurance company directly. They'll pay you based on your coverage.

10. What happens if I buy glasses and they don't fit properly? 

If they are eligible, you can have them exchanged for another set. Please see our return policy for more information. 

11. What happens if the lenses aren't correct?

If there has been a mistake from our end, you can get a exchange for free. If there has been an issue from your end (Sharing Prescription), then you’ll lose the lens cost and you’ll have to ship the product to us.

13. I am interested in a product but it is currently out of stock. What should I do?

We usually restock our products regularly. But if there is something you liked and is currently out of stock, please email us at 

customerservice@ottikacanada.com with the product details and we will notify you as soon as it is available. 

14. What is your return policy?

We are not fussy but careful. And this is our Refund policy

15. Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and regular updates to the registered email address. You can track your order on our tracking page here.
